ACCESSING THE BUILDING
Cloud 9’s regular business hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Bookings that occur outside of regular business hours will require you to pick up a key during Cloud 9’s business hours.
USING OUR SPACE
Please be respectful and book enough time at the start and end of your rental to account for any additional set-up or clean-up time. This includes putting debris in the appropriate compost/recycling/garbage bin, washing all dishes that have been used and wiping off the whiteboard. Failure to leave the room in a clean and undamaged condition will result in a cleaning fee of $50. A clean space is a happy space!
We strive to produce as little waste as possible – if you are bringing in snacks, please feel free to use our kitchen facilities and dishware. Please wash all your own dishes, separate your waste into the proper bins, and then pat yourself on the back for making a small but meaningful difference. Please avoid bringing in plastic water bottles and use our tap water instead. Users agree to pay for any damages caused to Cloud 9, its equipment, and its surrounding property as a result of the Meeting or Event. Please treat our space and equipment with love and care!
Cloud 9 management reserves the right to monitor all functions being held on the premises. It also reserves the right to refuse rental to any group that it considers inconsistent with the purpose and policies of Cloud 9.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment for all Meeting Room rentals will be sent via electronic invoice detailing your fees, including HST, within approximately 2 weeks of your booking(s). Payment can be made by cheque, or e-transfer.
Out of fairness to all users of the space, Cloud 9 requires at least seven (7) days’ notice of your cancellation or you will be billed the full amount of the rental.
By renting spacing at Cloud 9, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Cloud 9 (Jeannie Spencer) from any and all liability, costs or other claims resulting from any and all claims originating as a result of the Organization’s use of the premises, equipment, or any and all other facilities provided by Cloud 9 (Jeannie Spencer) for the Organization.
Renters are required to carry their own liability insurance. Proof of insurance must be emailed prior to rental date.
ALL INCLUDED COST
Main room including all extras (Chairs, tables, projector, screen, etc) $50 hr.
STUDIO ROOM ONLY
Main room only $25 hr.
EXTRA ITEMS TO RENT
Tables $4 each includes table cloths
Chairs $2 each
Water jugs $1 each
White board $3 (You will need to bring your own white board markers)
Art easel $2 each
